Sraco Construction Company has succeeded in signing a new contract with King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. (KFUPM) Construction of Ferdaws Neighborhood.
The project includes the construction of Ferdaws Neighborhood, aiming to construct 195 residential villas fully furnished for university faculty members with various modern designs, considering the highest standards of quality and luxury, including developing infrastructure and green spaces and gardens, in addition to providing recreational facilities to enhance community interaction and quality of life for residents.
